A Taste of Glasgow is a new charity cook book that brings together a collection of the city’s best recipes, allowing everyone to try their favourite restaurant dishes at home. With contributions from some of Glasgow’s best chefs, including Brian Maule and MasterChef:The Professionals winner Gary Maclean, the book also contains recipes from local favourite restaurants like Bilson Eleven in Dennistoun, Hillhead Bookclub and Finnieston restaurant Chelsea Market.
All proceeds go to Children 1st, Scotland’s National Children’s Charity
