Columbia Mills have announce their first ever UK headline shows this April, including a gig at King Tut’s, plus the release of their album A Safe Distance to Watch. Surfing to these shores on a wave of high acclaim from their native Ireland – the post-punk quintet arrive for whistle-stop tour that takes in appearances in London on 24th and Glasgow on 27th April.
To coincide with the tour, the band have finally confirmed the release date for their debut album. Produced by Rob Kirwan (Depeche Mode, U2, Glasvegas), the record will be available on all formats from 4th May.
With comparisons to the likes of LCD Soundsystem, Depeche Mode and Joy Division the band already have strong word of mouth with the band being hailed by Hot Press magazine for their “killer songwriting”.
