Delizique on Hyndland Street in the West End is launching a series of pop-ups, starting with Paleo Canteen on Friday 28th April at 7.30pm.
The evening will begin with oysters and a glass of fizz, followed by chicken broth and spring greens. The main course will consist of mixed grilled skewers of lamb kofta, chicken, vegetable and barberry paneer, and a sharing platter of marinated aubergines, roasted wedges, carrot & green sultana slaw, crudites, za’atar yoghurt dip, roast tomato ketchup, coconut chutney, pickles and griddled roti. To round the evening off, they will serve ricotta, honey and mixed berries.
The paleo way of eating eschews processed foods in favour of whole natural foods. The Paleo Canteen menu includes food that is naturally gluten free, low in carbohydrates and packed with flavour.
