Part of the local small batch drinks boom, Stirling Gin was first distilled two years ago. Their particular taste profile is infused with hand-picked Stirlingshire nettles, basil, lemon peel, orange peel, juniper and angelica root.

Bloody Scotland Cocktail recipe
1 part Stirling Gin
1 part Lime Juice
1 part Cranberry Juice
1 part Blood Orange Syrup
then topped up with 3 parts Soda Water
add a Basil Leaf
