For visitors to SWG3, the Patrón The Summer cocktail team will will serve up three different cocktails. Mixologist Ryan Mowat, Head Bartender at Kelvingrove Café, will be serving up his own creation, Gift from The Earth, which will guest alongside Tommy’s Patrón Margarita, a Patrón Jalisco Mule and the refreshingly fruity Patrón Paloma, made with grapefruit soda.

Ryan told Glasgowist: “This cocktail pays homage to one of Patrón’s core values surrounding social responsibility. For a long time I have been a keen advocate of these values in my bar, so I always make sure I utilise every element of the ingredients used. By being smart and innovative we can make some fantastic drinks, I want to be at the forefront of the sustainability scene in Glasgow and encourage other bars in the city to follow suit.”
