Award-winning pastry chef Helen Vass will join forces with chef Peppe at Dimora, Newton Mearns, next month for an Afternoon Tea with an Italian twist. Award winning pastry chef Helen Vass, who featured on the BBC’s Bake Off: Crème de la Crème, will be serving up some delicious cakes on 15th September.
Helen is just back from New York after working with chef Massimo Bottura. Producing high-end patisserie for Fortnum & Mason and Selfridges in London has also been keeping her busy. Helen’s afternoon tea cakes will be served alongside tasty Italian hot and cold savouries and a Prosecco cocktail, along with coffee or tea.
