Six by Nico restaurant will have a new menu from Tuesday, bringing the vibrant spirit of modern Mexican food to Finnieston for six weeks only.
Inspired by the country’s extensive culinary culture, Mexico aims to transport diners from the hazy cactus deserts of Tijuana to the vibrant, bustling streets of Mexico City with each course. The six-course tasting menu, rich in colour and flavour combines elements of both contemporary Mexican street food and traditional culinary classics.
The 6 course tasting menu costs £28 per person. The menu launches on June 26th and will be available until Sunday 5th August at the Glasgow restaurant in Finnieston and the Hanover Street restaurant in Edinburgh.
