Lagom Kitchen have made a big impression on Victoria Road. They opened in November last year, taking over the premises where Bakery 47 made their reputation. The name Lagom is drawn from a Scandinavian food concept based around balance, a close relative to the bang-on-trend hygge movement.
Opening as a breakfast, brunch and lunch place, their freshly baked treats, pancakes, sandwiches and coffee have been in demand.
This evening Lagom Kitchen announced they will be taking over a cabin at the quay, between the BBC Scotland building and Glasgow Science Centre. Go visit their second location from Thursday 22nd March.
