Music discovery festival Tenement Trail reveals 25 new bands


Tenement Trail has delivered on the promis of a bigger and bolder event in 2018 with indie rock heroes The Cribs set to take the headline slot at Glasgow’s multi-venue music festival on Saturday 29th September. Sponsored by Molson Coors, today the festival builds the buzz with 25 new acts joining the bill including Annie Booth, Big Society, BILK, Bloxx, Devon, Franky’s Evil Party, Gallus, Holy Esque, HOME$LICE, Honeyvale, Kitty, Lauren Hibberd, Lizzie Reid, LOVE SICK, Luna Delirious / Lazy Angel, Man Of Moon, Mark Sharp & The Bicycle Thieves, Nasari, PAQUE, SNASH, SWAY, The Murder Capital, The Novacs, The Patryns and The Vanities.

These new bands join headliners The Cribs plus Yonaka, Tijuana Bibles, The Blinders, Man of Moon, Acrylic, Airways, Aaron Smith, Beta Waves, Cheap Teeth, Easy Life, Fabric Bear, Harry and the Hendersons, Honey Lung, Indigo Velvet, Liza Anne, Low Island, Luna the Professor, Marsicans, Oddity Road, ONR, PARLIAMO, The Howl & The Hum, The Van T’s, Vistas, Walt Disco, Whenyoung, Wojtex the Bear and Zoe Graham.

Temenet Trail has remixed the venue spots in 2018, to compensate for the absence of O2 ABC, adding two new venues in The Blue Arrow and Firewater.

The Cribs will headline The Garage Main Hall venue. Festival venues in 2018 are Broadcast, Firewater, Flat 0/1, King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut, Nice N Sleazy, The Blue Arrow, The Garage – main hall, attic bar and g2 – and The Priory.
