Book your tables now. Renowned Michelin-starred chef Modesto Fabregat is returning to Finnieston. Known for showcasing seasonal produce, Modesto will again put his own stamp on the dishes for a gastronomic collaboration with Rioja’s head chef as they curate a dazzling eight-course tasting menu.
