Six by Nico announce new Route 66 tasting menu

Chef Nico Simeone continues with his bold concept of introducing a new menu every six week by launching tastes inspired by classic Americana. Six by Nico on Argyle Street tells a new story with a creative interpretation of Route 66, the famous cross-country highway in the United States.

This follows six-course tasting menus based around The Chippy, Childhood and Picnic.

The current Picnic menu is serving until Sunday 16th July.

Announcing the Route 66 serving, Six by Nico said:
