The next menu for Six by Nico‘s rotating culinary adventure on Argyle Street takes them from the current flavour of New York to a new six courses inspired by Vietnam. The next theme will run from Tuesday 3rd April until Sunday 13th May.
Meanwhile, plans for their Edinburgh restaurant are progressing.
Introducing the concept, Six by Nico announced this evening: “Commencing with Vietnam’s beloved Banh Mi and concluding with a classic Vietnamese coffee, this six-course tasting menu aims to take guests on a journey through the bustling alleys of Hanoi to the vibrant street food markets of Saigon.
“Like the treasured offerings from the nations street food vendors, each dish will feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients, providing an authentic Vietnamese street food experience – with a contemporary twist.
