Every available cinema seat in Glasgow will be full on 17th December for the long awaited release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
We’ve already booked our tickets for the earliest possible midnight showing at the Superscreen in Silverburn (Star Wars on a SUPERSCREEN).
The hottest ticket is for the IMAX theatre at the Glasgow Science Centre.
After the release of the final trailer it was believed that no further clips would be released. Then an international cut with new shots and dialogue was released by Disney in Japan and subsequently watched on smartphones all over Glasgow.
There’s more Kylo Ren, more Rey, more sweeping landscapes, more Leia and more Chewie. It raises more questions than answers and has sparked a new round of internet theories.
Fans have been quick to comment on the beautiful shot of a Tie Fighter attack, reminiscent of a famous scene in Apocalypse Now.
That’s probably our last teaser before the cinematic event of the year.
