Back in 2012, The Butchershop welcomed James Vs Burger to try their special signature burger. This dish went on to inspire James to write one of his first ever blog posts. In a story this week, James was reminiscing about this particular creation, and now it’s being brought back.
Topped with iceberg lettuce, fresh tomato, pan-seared foie gras, slow cooked short ribs, truffle mayonnaise and gruyere cheese, this juicy, colossal signature burger is available this weekend.
The Butchershop are currently running a competition based around this burger of champions, which will offer participants the chance to win a three-course dining experience for two including appetisers, signature burgers, desserts and a bottle of wine.
