The Electric Frog announce Vitalic dance music event at Kelvingrove Museum

The Electric Frog’s work on the Riverside Festival at the Riverside Museum has become an excellent example of how to add a new dimension to Glasgow’s landmark buildings. There’s more to come. In a remarkable announcement, today it was revealed that French dance music artist Vitalic will perform live at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum on 23rd September.

Vitalic, also known as Pascal Arbez-Nicolas, has an association with Glasgow that stretches back to a collaboration with Slam and Dot Allison in 2002. He is better know for his techno-disco-pop crossover records and influence on French music with Daft Punk, Laurent Garnier and Etienne de Crécy.

DJ, producer and vocalist Maya Medvesek, aka Nightwave, will also be on the line-up. As a DJ, she has played major festivals such as Sónar Festival Barcelona and Tokyo, Outlook Festival and Exit Festival to name but a few. At home in Glasgow, she continues to run her own club night Nightrave.
