Absurd Bird to open fried chicken restaurant in city centre

12th June 2018 by Paul Trainer

A quirky restaurant chain that’s expanded out of the diverse restaurant scene in Spitalfields, London, will soon be a new arrival in Glasgow. Absurd Bird’s menu includes colourful creations and eccentric dishes, centred around a core of fried chicken, waffles, hot wings, chilli and vegan burger options.

When the new chicken joint opens at 3 Stock Exchange, Nelson Mandela Place, there will be weekly food events and special offers, plus a happy hour for their cocktails. Absurd Bird will open in Glasgow this summer.
