As preparations continue on Buchanan Street for the festive retail season, guests made their way to a special gathering last night at Rox, the luxury jeweller, in their flagship Argyll Arcade boutique. Jean-Claude Biver, watch and jewellery division president at LVMH, the French luxury goods conglomerate, flew into Scotland to unveil the latest partnership between Rox and Zenith, the Swiss watchmaker.
Jean-Claude is a pioneer in the luxury watch industry and is currently in the throes of transforming Zenith, as he has previously done for brands including Hublot and most recently Tag Heuer.
Rox was founded by entrepreneurs Kyron Keogh and Grant Mitchell on Glasgow’s Style Mile and the jewellers have expanded to Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Newcastle and Leeds. The event was part of a series of special occasions that Rox have organised, taking advantage of their plush Thrill Room, above the city centre boutique.
