Francesco Longo owner of Baffo Pizza e Birra said: “I have spent the past few years perfecting our pizza and making sure we provide a really relaxed and authentic experience for our customers so now feels like the right time to start introducing new things to Baffo and a night of house and techno with Clydebuilt Music felt like the right event to combine their DJs and our pizza”
Using only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally and from Italy, the dough is proved then hand-stretched and cooked in 60 seconds at nearly 400°C serving up the right combination of a perfectly blistered pizza crust, the best sugo and the right amount of toppings to balance the flavour.
Baffo takes pride in the product and in also creating a relaxed atmosphere that’s easy. In addition to pizza, you can also find a selection of arancini, antipasto, focaccia, bruschetta, a wide selection of pasta and, let’s not forget the family favourite, tiramisu.
