Browns Brasserie celebrates 45th birthday with Champagne afternoon tea.

1st June 2018 by Paul Trainer

To celebrate their 45th birthday Browns Brasserie has launched a very special Champagne Afternoon Tea, featuring a carefully curated menu of 17 classic, rare and unique Champagnes. The 45th Birthday Champagne Afternoon Tea boasts an impressive selection of Champagne options to indulge in, alongside a tiered display canapé-style, classic sweet and savoury bites.

The special 45th menu features a selection of lobster brioche rolls, traditional finger sandwiches, home-baked scones with clotted cream, and mini sweet treats including elderflower and gin posset and salted caramel profiteroles. The curated Champagne menu boasts flute favourites such as Moet & Chandon, Veuve Cliquot or Ruinart alongside bottles that are a little harder to come by such as the 2004 Pol Roger Winston Churchill.

The 45th Birthday Champagne Afternoon Tea is available from 5th June at Browns Brasserie on George Square.
