Cùl Cùil have celebrated their first birthday with a renovation of the city centre pub with its heated winter garden. There’s also changes in the kitchen, with a new menu which includes scallops with Stornoway black pudding, seafood bisque, moules mariniêre, alongside haggis, neeps and tatties or Thai green curry.
This adds to their established bar bite favourites like chargrilled burgers, steak pies, haddock bites, baked camembert, chargrilled ribeye steak, seafood linguine and chicken with a wee Mexican twist.

There is some revamped plant based vegan and vegetarian options too, with Cùl Cùil also launching a new brunch option available seven days, from 11am-1pm.
“Due to popular demand and because we like it out there, our renowned Oot The Back covered area has just been extended across the whole space.

The Glasshouse has also doubled in size too, and with the windows open wide into our fully landscaped garden spectacle, it really could be “Outside you are in”…”
You will find them at 84-84 West Nile Street, close to Queen Street and Central Stations.
