Bacardi are taking over The White Box, an event space below So L.A. restaurant on Mitchell Street for a special evening designed, produced and hosted by rum maestro Adolfo Comas, a sixth generation member of the Bacardi family.

The meal will be accompanied by cocktails featuring forms of rum from white to spiced to aged; paired with a curated four-course meal served to sounds from DJ Big Al.
A Bacardi Daiquiri ‘luge’ on arrival, will be followed by a four-course meal, featuring slow-cooked beef empanada, blood orange and rum-cured salmon tostada with avocado butter and white nectarine followed by charcoal-grilled duck breast with Cuban spices, cherry jus and pomegranate salsa.
