Drive In movie events will be returning to the shores of Loch Lomond this July with Scotland’s first socially distanced film event, Drive In Movies Summer (of lockdown).
itison has had a seven-year run of sold out events and for over 200,000 movie goers and now the back with post-lockdown screening.

Running from Wed 29th July until Tues 4th August the movie line up includes “feelgood favourites from the 80s and 90s, musicals to sing your heart out to, and end-of-the-world blockbusters to make you realise, even now, that things could be worse”.
The full movie line-up is:
End-of-the-world blockbusters: Independence Day, Armageddon, 28 Days Later, The Incredibles, The Matrix, Joker.
Musicals: Mamma Mia, Dirty Dancing, The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
80s and 90s Classics: Groundhog Day, Stand by Me, Back to the Future trilogy, E.T., The Goonies, Mrs. Doubtfire, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Jurassic Park.
Following in the footsteps of countries like Germany and South Korea, the event team’s plas for a socially distanced Drive In including ticket scanning through closed car windows, socially distanced toilet queues, food takeaway and toasted marshmallows.
