Eusebi have created a tribute to Robert Burns and the long standing merging of cultures between Scots and Italians in Glasgow with a special menu that includes tartan pasta. Meticulously made in their restaurant kitchen, tonight’s Burns Supper menu includes culinary crossover dishes like haggis ravioli fritte with whiskey sauce, cock-a-leekie brodo, venison ragu pappardelle and cranachan cannoli.
It was over 40 years ago when the first Eusebi deli opened in Shettleston, which was a much-loved spot with locals for many years. The popularity of deli grew and the family decided to expand with a restaurant and move their deli to the west end.
The new restaurant and deli opened in 2015 and has become a firm favourite, close to Kelvingrove Park. They stock imported pastas, wine, cheeses and meats in the deli while creating their own Italian dishes.
