First Look: Malmaison brings Chez Mal Brasserie to Glasgow hotel

4th May 2017 by Jack Dempsey

Malmaison has announced a major change as its Chez Mal Brasserie brand replaces The Honours by Martin Wishart in the boutique hotel’s dining room. The announcement comes as Malmaison announces plans to grow and develop the Chez Mal brand over the coming months, following the successful introduction of the menu across eight of its other UK hotels over the last 18 months.

The bar and brasserie will be formally introduced at the end of next week, with food and drink events planned for over the summer.

Scott Harper, chief operating officer, Malmaison, said: “Brimming with creativity, culture, a buzzing nightlife and an ever-evolving food and drink scene, Glasgow is a real destination city and an obvious location for Chez Mal.

“We’re really excited to introduce the brand to the city; I think it is a great fit.”
