Roosevelts Bar and Kitchen is set to open next week in Woodlands. Formerly an independently run branch of the TriBeCa Group, owners – brothers Scott and Graeme McLean – aim is to combine delicious American food with the
best Scottish produce and friendly service.
Crafted with the best local ingredients, Roosevelts’ menu packs a punch. Think big juicy burgers, melt-
in-the-mouth steaks, all day brunches and hearty mains, along with cocktails, craft beers and sodas.
Local vegan blogger Adele aka Vegan Burd, has accepted the challenge to create a selection of vegan dishes especially for Roosevelts.
Scott McLean told Glasgowist: “We’re really excited about the new venue, it’s something Graeme and I have always wanted to do, bringing the best local produce and drinks to our customers. We’ve had lots of great support so far and looking forward to welcoming everyone next week.”
The venue is currently open for business during the transition from TriBeCa to Roosevelts, and they’re offering customers 10% off the full bill, including drinks until October 18.
