Graeme Cheevers opens Unalome restaurant on Kelvingrove Street today. The dining room and kitchen has had an elegant refit and a new team has been assembled. The first tasting menu features Orkney scallops, grilled North Sea turbot and roasted Goosnargh duck. The chef’s table experience will be in demand.
Graeme started out in fine dining working for Geoffrey Smeddle at The Peat Inn before moving on to Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond, becoming head chef and retaining the restaurant’s Michelin star. He took over as head chef at the Isle of Eriska hotel in 2018, and was awarded a star in the Michelin Guide 2020.
The stage is now set for Unalome by Graeme Cheevers to become one of the city’s top dining destinations.
Find them at 36 Kelvingrove Street, Finnieston, Glasgow G3 7RZ. Bookings are open here.
