As we hurtle towards September, superfood health-bar Juicy on Byres Road will be launching a new, exciting hot menu. Customers can expect a build your own porridge bar with a range of seasonal fruits and seeded toppings, ‘nacho average’ loaded nachos using their avo smash and nutritionally packed toasties named the ‘basic, the badass and the boujee filled with fresh local produce.
Juicy opened its doors in May this year after founder Fallon Carberry spotted a gap in the market for quick, healthy, fun food on the go. Juicy is set to open their second site in SIlverburn in September with rumours of a third site on the horizon.
Fallon Carberry, founder of Juicy, said: “As we move into Autumn we naturally crave warming foods that feel like a bit of a hug, we want to deliver that ‘comfort food’ vibe while still retaining our credentials as a healthy, nutritionally packed destination for our customers.”
For healthy convenience food on the go, Juicy has recently joined Deliveroo.
