Glasgowist readers are invited to a six course dining experience at Glaschu, the exciting new fine dining restaurant that opened on Royal Exchange Square this week.
The special event menu will be served for one night only on 18th August. It was devised after a conversation we had with head chef Dion Scott that ended up with something of a challenge: Could he design a menu that showcased the best of Scottish produce and introduced what Glaschu is all about?
In reply, he has put together a finely-crafted six course feast that illustrates his refined approach to cooking, displaying the confident, innovative technique with ingredients that you would expect from a chef who has worked with Heston Blumenthal and in some of London’s most prestigious restaurants.
You also have the option of an exceptional drink pairings menu to compliment each couse.
Glaschu is ours for the night on 18th August. There are tables available between 6pm and 9pm to ensure the best possible closed environment dining experience with social distancing in place.
This menu is an exclusive for the Glasgowist community. There are only 60 places for dinner.
Chef Dion Scott will be on hand to introduce the menu and you will have an official welcome to the restaurant.
