Victoria Road will have a new dining destination soon. Lagom Kitchen will take over the premises where Bakery 47 made a big impression. The name Lagom is drawn from a Scandinavian food concept based around balance, a close relative to the bang-on-trend hygge movement.
Opening as a breakfast, brunch and lunch place, there will also be plenty of freshly baked treats and coffee.
The team from Bakery 47 turned this location into one of the most talked about cafes in the city before closing to pursue a new dream of opening a cooking school.
