Legend has it that St Patrick banished all the snakes from Ireland; so, to honour him, Magners Irish Cider is bringing his work to life with a modern twist to help call out fork-tongued friends.
In 2018, snakes are everywhere. From round dodgers to group chat ghosts, tagging cheats to mate ditchers, there’s been an influx of snakey behaviour throughout the UK. Ahead of St Patrick’s Day, Magners is encouraging pals to celebrate the big day (17 March) by having a bit of a laugh, naming and shaming some slithery characters.
Simply visit the website, select the reason that your mate is a snake, pop in their phone number and they’ll receive a call from Magners, outing their behaviour.
The cheeky service set up as part of Magners’ St Patrick’s Day celebrations will be live on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th March only.
Everyone who ‘outs’ a snake, will be in with the chance of winning a case of Magners.
