We were one of the first to reveal plans to open a bar at 226 Gallowgate. That was just over two years ago – the project was one of many referenced in a sweeping interview with Norrie Innes at Barras Art and Design.

Now, the opening of a bar beside the Barrowland Ballroom is expected in the next few weeks.
The space has been comprehensively refurbished after being out of use since 2013.
The new venue will join nearby venues Saint Luke’s, BAaD. and bourbon bar Van Winkle which have opened over the last few years.
Tenement Trail announced last week it will be relocating to the East End.
