Scorrybreac is a Michelin-recommended restaurant set in a beautiful location, above the harbour in Portree, Isle of Skye. Chef Calum Munro and brother Niall aim to seek the finest local, seasonal produce, delivering modern Scottish cuisine, with French influences.
Skye’s rugged landscape supplies the restaurant with a variety of impressive produce, including local wild venison, freshly caught seafood from Just Hooked and locally grown Glendale salad leaves.
Now, Scorrybreac will travel to Glasgow, hosting a one-off event across two nights on 20th and 21st July. The menu will focusing solely on Skye produce, in the old fish market, The Briggait.
The tasting menu will be both gluten and dairy free and will be served banquet style. There will also be locally selected drinks and cocktails to match.
Tickets for the tasting menu will be priced at £50 per head. Drinks are not included in this price.
Music for both nights will be organised by Skye Live Festival.
