It’s Shilling Brewing Company’s second birthday this month and they are celebrating with a feast of pizza and beer. Visit the microbrewery bar at 92 West George Street on Wednesday 20th June and you can have a margherita pizza for 5pm when you buy a pint of one of their core brews.
They sold over 450 pizzas at this price last year for their first birthday and are expecting to exceed that figure next week. The 5p price is a nod to the value of an old shilling coin.
The Shilling house beers are Unicorn IPA, Black Star Teleporter, Glasgow Red and Machine Gun Lager. Additional pizza toppings will cost extra. They are not taking bookings so just pop in.
