The Head and the Heart, with Cattle & Cane
Taking place on Tuesday 31st January, the concert will be at Òran Mór on Great Western Road. Formed in 2009, The Head and the Heart is an American indie folk band. One of their best track is “All We Ever Knew”. The title is the band’s biggest radio hit to date. The group is currently on a tour taking them to Amsterdam, Leuven, Paris and Birmingham before coming to Glasgow.
Bob Dylan
The influential songwriter Bob Dylan will be in the Clyde Auditorium on Sunday 7th May. Last time he was in Glasgow was about 3 years ago but he has been an occasional visitor to the city over a career in the music world that spans over 50 years. He has explored blues, folk and country through to gospel, rockabilly and every element of folk music.
Kehlani
The 21 year old American singer and songwriter will hit the stage at the O2 ABC Glasgow on 1st March. Her number one song on MTV is “Did I”, a radio-friendly track that has had a strong reaction from fans. The rising star will be touring in the US and Ireland before hitting Glasgow.
Martha Wainwright, Ed Harcourt, and Celtic Connections
The Canadian – American singer was in UK almost 4 years ago. She’s back in Glasgow this February, so if you are a fan you can get your tickets now itself. The English singer-songwriter – Ed Harcourt, whose album “Here Be Monsters” was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize will be in Glasgow on 03rd February.
