Talk of the Town: Bottle Drop to mix it up

9th April 2020 by Paul Trainer

Restaurants and shops have been devising creative solutions to ensure they can still reach customers while adhering to the current lockdown measures. If you are looking for an easy way to bring the bar to your own home while we are under curfew, the new online off-sale website Bottle Drop is offering a home delivery service across Glasgow.

This week, they expanded to include deliveries in Edinburgh, Dumbarton, Paisley and Helensburgh.

Their range includes small independent brands from the West of Scotland, IPAs, specialist craft beer and in-house mixed fresh cocktails, bottled and transported to enjoy from your couch while you are on Zoom calls with your pals.

You can order mixers, ice and garnishes to complete the cocktail. The Pink Gin Collins, Mojito, Bloody Mary and Espresso Martini are proving popular.

Beers and lagers include Brewdog, Staropramen, Innis & Gunn, Fallen Brewery and Blue Moon.
