Glasgow Tourism and Visitor Plan will put the focus on supporting local businesses this summer. As part of their activity, they will be referring to a register of tourism and hospitality businesses so they can respond to their reopening plans.
The initiative, led by Glasgow Life, has put an online survey together to gather details. Businesses are invited to submit their details now.
Introducing the register, they say: “As we scope our destination marketing activity, understanding which businesses are open and ready to receive customers will be crucial. In order to do this, we are maintaining a register of tourism and hospitality business and their re-opening plans.
“This will help us capture and promote how our industry is re-emerging from lockdown and also contribute to planning future campaigns and other vital activity to promote our wonderful city of Glasgow to target audiences. We’d be very grateful, therefore, if you could complete this simple survey.”
