Join us for A Glasgowist Dinner at Glaschu Restaurant on Royal Exchange Square on 29 June. The tasting menu is a specially designed experience by chef Dion Scott for one night only. It features six courses, including fish and chips, a roast lamb and apricot dish, summer strawberry with elderflower and lemon, finishing up with a truffle honey cheesecake.
