Paisley’s Paolo Nutini has emerged from his creative cocoon to announce a new album. Eight years after his last record Caustic Love was released, Last Night In The Bittersweet will be out on 1 July. The announcement was accompanied by new music. Through The Echoes debuted at the same time as Lose It, you can listen to both tracks and pre-order the album here.
Earlier in the week, Nutini announced a run of small venue UK live dates, which starts this Saturday at Sheffield’s Leadmill. He will then play four nights at London’s 100 Club next week and two shows at the Corran Halls in Oban.
Paolo Nutini will follow the live dates by headlining TRNSMT at Glasgow Green and Victorious Festivals, playing sold-out outdoor shows in Bristol and Belfast, and performing at Liam Gallagher’s huge Knebworth Park show. Meanwhile, European dates include a tour of Italy in July as well as the Montreux Jazz Festival, Andalucia Big Festival and Lollapalooza Berlin.
