After four years of chronicling the city’s food scene, Glasgowist is asking a question: What is Glasgow’s best restaurant? This is the first part of a comprehensive effort to bring together the definitive guide to the leading culinary destinations in the city. There will be more updates in October and November.
For now, it’s a straightforward popularity contest. We will take the results and publish the top ten restaurants in the city, decided by votes from the citizens of Glasgow.
