The five-course tasting menu created by chefs lead by Ivan Stein and Peter McKenna, will be served with matched French wines specially selected by the restaurant’s Parisian sommelier, Severine Sloboda.

The Gannet says: “We’ll explore French wine regions that are relatively undiscovered, all accompanied by a menu of the highest culinary standards using the finest and freshest, locally-sourced produce that Scotland has to offer.

“We’d be delighted to see you for this special one-off event, starting at 6.45pm for 7pm.” The event is £110 per person. You can find more details and book here.
