The Ivy Buchanan Street will reopen on Friday 17th July. The flow of creative cocktails will resume, signature dishes will return to the dining room against a backdrop of vibrant fabrics and the outdoor terrace will be back in business.
New measures to ensure a safe environment will include thermal cameras for temperature checks, the use of tracking software for all employees logging daily temperature readings over a seven-day rolling period, and deep cleaning on a daily basis.
Jon Pinner, Operations Manager of The Ivy on The Square and The Ivy Buchanan Street says: “I myself and all of the staff are extremely excited to be opening once again on Friday 17th July.
“We can’t wait to welcome back our regular guests and members of the community who we have greatly missed over the last few months. The team are also looking forward to being united again on the restaurant floor and in the kitchen, whilst maintaining a safe distance at all times.”
