Bruce Springsteen continues his European tour tonight as he takes to the stage in Glasgow. The Boss and his friends in the E Street Band have been playing up a storm as they perform songs from The River album alongside barnstorming rock n roll standards and a few surprises.
Springsteen has performed in excess of 32 songs at previous gigs in Dublin and Manchester with fans at Hampden expecting another epic performance as the band take to the stage at 6.30pm tonight and play a three and a half hour set.
The set list for a Springsteen is famously a moveable feast with fans holding up banners to request songs and Bruce mixing it up with classic tracks and beloved anthems. The 66 year old singer from New Jersey puts on an exceptionally energetic performance and tonight’s gig is a great way to kick off another summer of music in the city.
