Tribeca is preparing to announce a new menu incorporating its American style burgers and pancakes. We will tell you the full details at the start of March. For now, diners at the three Glasgow restaurants – Dumbarton Road in Partick, Fenwick Road in Giffnock and Bell Street in the Merchant City – can enjoy limitless coffee refills, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 11:30am and 2:30pm-5:30pm in a new offer.
The bottomless coffee and a bagel combination gives you unlimited filter coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese or butter for £4.95 and is available now.
Last year Glasgowist told you how three entrepreneurs stepped in with a £1 million investment plan to rescue the Glasgow restaurant chain, from liquidation. The New York-style bar and grill chain known for its breakfasts and brunch ran into financial difficulties earlier, with potential closure of all six of its sites in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Local businessmen Puneet Gupta, Navdeep Basi and Suj Legha stepped in to keep the doors open at four of the chain’s Glasgow sites. The group has ambitious growth plans for TriBeCa and will invest £1 million to develop the existing Glasgow restaurants, as well as expand the group nationwide with 15 new locations planned.
