SKapade Studios are a state of the art, independent studio based in Dumbarton which offers music production training in different styles of electronic music. This January they turn three years old and they want to invite everybody to celebrate with them.
The studios recently featured on the BBC, when they streamed the 50th episode of the SKapade livestream with Radio 1 DJ Will Atkinson on top of the Titan Crane. They won the Herald Society Award for Start Up of the year and one of the young folk that they have been working with through their mentorship scheme for the last two years has made it through to the Kids Voice ITV programme.
The Open Day will run from 10.am – 4.30pm this Saturday 9th of December, and lunch will be served in the studio by their local favourite Italian Cafe Benvenuti.
They will also have two mini masterclasses running at 1pm and 3pm with world touring and SKapade managing director Stephen Kirkwood and Craig Hughes, DJ lessons and you can also speak to the full team about everything that SKapade has to offer and their special offers that they are running over the Christmas period.
