Part of a city-wide initiative from the City Centre Taskforce #LoveGlasgow will encourage visitors to travel sustainably on Glasgow’s public transport share their experiences in the city with the #LoveGlasgow hashtag.

- A City of Festivals
Glasgow’s buzzing festival scene kicks off in Spring with two world-renowned events; the Glasgow Film Festival and Glasgow Comedy Festival.
Glasgow Film Festival has events running until Sunday 12th March so make the most of the festival’s closing weekend by checking out premieres and screenings at the Glasgow Film Theatre, Centre for Contemporary Art and Cineworld.
Enjoy the European premiere of Polite Society at the GFT’s Closing Gala, or check out Steve McQueen’s renowned crime drama Widows for free on Sunday 12th March at the GFT – tickets available on the day of the screening. If comedy is more up your street then Glasgow is the place to be this March and April as the Glasgow Comedy Festival takes over the city with more than 380 comedy shows in 19 days. Fans can even enjoy free bus travel from festival partners First Bus by entering a promotional code from GCF to take advantage of a free day ticket – meaning fans can pack even more comedy into a day in the city.
