Porter & Rye team up with Gamba at Glasgow Restaurant Festival

9th February 2016 by Glasgowist

The Glasgow Restaurant Festival will get underway with a special collaboration between Finnieston steak specialists Porter & Rye and West George Street seafood restaurant Gamba.

Derek Marshall’s gang from Gamba and the Porter & Rye crew have designed a twisted surf and turf menu combining perfect meats and Scottish seafood.

The pop-up dining experience will be available in the Spiegeltent venue that will host Glasgow Restaurant Festival events in the Merchant City.

The collaboration takes place on 1st and 2nd April.

Chefs from Glasgow’s top restaurants will be presenting restaurant experiences in Candleriggs Square, from 1-17 April.

Tickets and more information on the event will be available here.
